DAY 1 - Miami - Istanbul
Depart from Miami to Istanbul, overnight on board.DAY 2 - Istanbul
Welcome. Transfer to hotel and free time. In the afternoon you will receive information for the start of your circuit, or through the informational posters located at the hotel reception.DAY 3 - Istanbul
Sightseeing tour of the city. In our tour we will include a cable car ride to the Pierre Loti viewpoint and we will enter the Suleyman the Magnificent Mosque (the largest in Istanbul), we will visit the walls, the golden horn, the fishermen's quarter and we will admire the exterior of Hagia Sophia. After the visit we will include the entrance and visit to the Topkapi Palace, which was the administrative center of the Ottoman Empire with its magnificent courtyards and pavilions. Free afternoon. We are in a city built over two continents. At the end of the afternoon we will provide a transfer to the Taksim neighborhood, the most commercial area with the most local life in the city. Time to dine in one of its many restaurants, you can also take the old tram that runs through the area or go to the next Galata Tower. Today we include a boat trip on the Bosphorus of about two hours. We will do it on a private boat for Europamundo travelers. The Bosphorus is a strait that connects the Black Sea with the Sea of Marmara, separating Istanbul into two parts: the European and the Asian. We will enjoy watching the animation of the strait with all its boats, we will pass under the two bridges that link Europe and Asia and we will admire the palaces of the sultans, the typical wooden houses, the Ottoman villas. Free time.DAY 5 - Istanbul - Ankara - Cappadocia
Today we travel by train, from the station in the Asia area we take the most modern and fastest train in Turkey, a pleasant 4-hour trip seeing the landscapes of Anatolia or having a coffee in the train cafeteria. ANKARA, arrival, after some time to have lunch in the station area with the coach we will take you to see the Ataturk Mausoleum. We will continue after that route to Cappadocia. We pass through the SALT LAKE, with its incredible landscapes. Arrival at AVANOS (CAPADOCIA). Dinner included.DAY 6 - Cappadocia
Full day in the fantastic region of CAPPADOCIA, with its lunar landscapes, its churches and troglodyte villages. We know the Valley of GOREME with its open-air museum and its churches excavated in the rocks, entrance included; We will visit UCHISAR, a natural fortress. In KAIMACLI we will visit the underground city that could hold 30,000 people. Returning to Avanos we stop at PASABAG, the valley of the fairies and we will walk in this spectacular natural area. Free time and dinner included.DAY 7 - Cappadocia - Ihlara - Konya
At the limits of Cappadocia we visit the IHLARA Valley, the freshness of its waters, its churches and villages carved into the rock. Then we continue our route, a stop at an old 13th century CARAVANSERAIL before reaching KONYA where we visit the Mausoleum of Mevlana, here we will know the sect of the Dervishes (entrance included). Dinner included. In the evening we suggest you attend the dance show of the dancing dervishes in the cultural center.DAY 8 - Konya - Egridir - Pamukkale
We take a scenic road between lakes, we visit EGRIDIR, a beautiful town next to a large inland lake with its walls, its mosques. Time for lunch. We continue to PAMUKKALE-Hierapolis, the calcareous waters have created the cotton castle (entrance included). Dinner included.DAY 9 - Pamukkale - Ephesus - Kasadasi
We left for EPHESUS, the best preserved ancient city in Asia Minor; 2000 years ago it had a quarter of a million inhabitants; we know the house of the Virgin Mary, the Basilica of San Juan and the impressive ruins of Ephesus (tickets included). Continuation later KUSADASI, popular seaside town with a lot of atmosphere, commercial life and a small castle. Dinner included.DAY 10 - Kusadasi - Izmir - Bursa - Istanbul
We will go to the fourth city in population of Turkey: IZMIR, we know the church of San Policarpo, the oldest in Izmir, which reminds us of the importance of this area in the beginning of Christianity (entrance included). Later we traveled through the interior of Turkey again. Stop en route for lunch before arriving at BURSA, the fourth city of Turkey, its historic center has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, with its traditional commercial districts, mosques, religious schools, public baths, the Green Mosque stands out. Arrival in ISTANBUL at the end of the day.DAY 11 - Istanbul
